My name is Christopher Ballard, MD. My wife and I live in a rural farming area in southern Illinois just a couple of hours east of St. Louis, Missouri.  We have been blessed with three wonderful children.

I met Lennox several years ago at a Christian boy’s camp and we have remained in contact since then. As his ministry progressed and Hope Story Missions began following the Lord’s lead in the critical ministry of transitioning aged-out orphans to become productive Christ-centered men in their local community in Haiti, it has been a privilege to join alongside in this journey.  It has been humbling to see God provide safety and guidance and to meet spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. It is exciting to be part of a unique ministry like HMS that seeks to equip and disciple the young men in the program to stand on their own with the local church to impact the kingdom of Christ.

 Lennox truly has a heart to mentor these young men and to demonstrate the love of the Father to them and the many other orphans in their area. We anticipate seeing them begin to mentor the next generations as well.  We appreciate continued prayers and support in this endeavor to glorify the name of Jesus in Haiti.
