I am the Founder and Executive Director of YesImpact. Additionally, I am the owner of an IT consulting company, KEFAPSystems. With over 17 years of experience as a computer engineer, I’ve worked extensively in the IT field.

However, beyond my professional pursuits, I consider myself a dedicated father to my son. This deep sense of familial responsibility fuels my passion for supporting children in Haiti and worldwide.

My journey is a unique blend of cultures. I grew up in rural Haiti, attending school there before embarking on a life-changing move to the United States for college. Since then, I’ve made numerous return trips to Haiti. My dream has remained constant throughout my life: to impact my birth country and the global community positively.

I firmly believe in the untapped potential of every individual. The only barrier preventing their goals is often the need for more opportunities. That’s why I am dedicated to providing support and opportunities to help individuals fulfill their potential. As I often say, “I believe in every individual’s potential, and the only thing that stops them is not having the opportunity to reach their goal, which is why I want to support them.”

This is why I joined the board of HSM when Jon asked me to come and help with my perspective as a native of Haiti growing up there, knowing the culture and lifestyle.
